Q. Won't it cost me more to book through Mainely Hawaii because of all the services you provide?
A. First, we do not charge our customers an additional service fee over the package price. We offer competative rates that our clients sometimes tell us are the lowest they can find. Many components make up a vacation package and we would be happy to explain what our packages include so you can compare. Our goal is to offer great service and value.
Q. Where should I stay?
A. Just as the personality of each island is different, the personality and atmosphere of each hotel, resort, and condo is different. Mainely Hawaii can recommend and help you choose a property that fits your budget and requirements. If there is a property you are interesed in we would be happy to quote you prices and let you know of any alternatives. Q. How much is my trip to Hawaii going to cost?
A. There are many factors that must be taken into consideration in order to answer that question, such as the time of year you're planning to visit Hawaii, when you plan, availability of airline seats and hotel rooms, how flexible you are able to be regarding the airport from which you will depart, the airfare class you choose to use (first class, coach, etc.), and the specials available for the time you have in mind. The best way to start planning your vacation or honeymoon is to come up with a budget, when you want to travel and for how long. Mainely Hawaii checks many sources to make sure you get the best possible value for your travel dates.

Q. How can I save money?
A. One way is to purchase a vacation package. When you buy a package, you're often able to get wholesale or bulk airfare prices that are unpublished and discounts at hotels. Hotel prices and airfare prices with packages can be lower than the guaranteed lowest rates advertised on some online hotel and booking sites. (Just read the fine print of the offer) In order to qualify for these fares, you're usually required to have a hotel stay for a minimum amount of nights, or to purchase a car rental for a certain amount of nights. Rules vary with different airlines, travel package providers and departure citys.

If you want to see as many islands as possible during your trip, a cruise might be an option for you and we can generally put together an air with pre or post cruise land package that is lower than booking it with the cruise line.
Q. What forms of Payment do you take?
A. In Most cases we take all major credit cards and checks. We have payment forms that we can fax or email to you and in some cases you can make a payment online. We also accept checks but please allow extra time due to mail and cleared funds.
Q. When will I receive my tickets?
A. After final payment is received you reservation will ticket. In most cases these will be electronic tickets. Your hotel arrangements and car rentals may be electronic or we will provide you with vouchers. We will let you know what to expect with your package. In some cases we can email you all your documents.
